21 september: Los Topos Mexico is a highly reputable ONG which specializes in rescuing people from the rubble in disaster zones.
They were founded in 1985 when the other major earthquake hit Mexico City.

They have helped in multiple disasters, including earthquakes in Nepal and Italy, and the tsunami in Indonesia in 2004.
